If we haven't had the pleasure of meeting before, allow me to introduce myself.
I'm a wellness coach passionate about helping others create their own happiness through exercise and nutrition. I started my own wellness journey in college as a way to cope with my anxiety and negative relationship with my body. I found that the positive effects of exercise were not only physical, but mental and emotional, too. My love for exercise expanded into a love for nutrition, mindset work, and ultimately all things personal development.
I blend my passion for fitness, spirituality, and mental health to deliver the most supportive container possible for anyone who works with me. I know what it's like to battle depression, anxiety, and self-judgement, and I use my experiences to coach others who are going through similar journeys.
I understand that no amount of exercise can heal your relationship with yourself without implementing the inner work, too. That's why I focus on a more holistic approach to my wellness programs, so that you can transform on the deepest level.
